The Good News is Great News!

There’s a message so powerful and full of hope that it’s changed lives for thousands of years—and still does today. It’s not a myth or a set of rules. It’s Good News. And it begins with an honest look at our condition.

We all sense something’s wrong in the world—and in ourselves. The Bible says, “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). Sin isn’t just bad behavior—it’s a break in our relationship with God. And its result is serious: “The wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23), a life separated from the One who made and loves us.

But here’s the Good News: God didn’t leave us in our sin. “While we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8). Jesus, the Son of God, lived a perfect life and died in our place. Then He rose from the grave—defeating sin, shame, and death.

Salvation is a gift, not something we earn. “The free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 6:23). The Bible says, “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe… you will be saved” (Romans 10:9). Anyone can receive this gift. “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved” (Romans 10:13).

Becoming a Christian means turning from sin and trusting Jesus. It’s not about being perfect—it’s about following Him. When you do, you receive peace, joy, and a new purpose. You are no longer alone or defined by your past—you are made new.

“Since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God… and we rejoice in hope” (Romans 5:1–2).
This is the Good News: we were lost, but now we’re found. Broken, but being healed. Far from God, but brought near through Jesus.
And now the invitation is yours.

Come as you are. Call on Jesus. He is ready to forgive, restore, and lead you into a life full of joy and meaning.
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing…” —Romans 15:13
